Natural Gas Firing Systems Services

The comprehensive service package we offer as FQC STANDARD manages all the technical assessment and certification processes you will need before gas distribution companies and regulatory authorities, completely and professionally.

Our services are based on national and international standards (TS 7363, EN ISO 13577-2, etc.) and cover a wide spectrum, from on-site checks to capacity measurements, from special inspections to comprehensive conformity reporting.

Safety

Technical checks are carried out for the safe use of natural gas-fired systems under field conditions.

Compliance with Standards

Assessment is provided within the scope of TS 7363, EN ISO 13577-2 and the relevant national/international standards.

Reporting

Once the on-site checks have been completed, conformity, capacity and inspection reports are prepared.

Our Services

1. Natural Gas Firing Systems Application and Preliminary Assessment

In the first step of the process, we record the technical specifications of your company, installation and firing appliance. Before the on-site check, we review the adequacy of your legal and technical documents and identify any deficiencies at an early stage. At this stage:

Your company and installation details are recorded. The technical specifications of the product and information about its location are obtained. Through a desk-based preliminary review, the adequacy of the information and documents required for the on-site check is assessed. Your application file is formally accepted and the process is initiated.

2. Natural Gas Firing Systems Certificate of Conformity and Report

With this core service, we inspect on site, in accordance with the TS 7363:2018 standard, your appliance's connection to the natural gas installation and its gas safety. During the inspection carried out by our expert engineers:

More than 40 critical inspection criteria are rigorously examined, including the physical integrity of the appliance, label and manual information, the functionality of safety and control equipment, flame supervision, gas leakage and emission (CO) values, ventilation and flue gas discharge systems, automatic burner control systems and safety times.

Our report constitutes confirmation of safe use under field conditions and may be submitted to gas distribution companies.

3. Capacity Measurement Report

We offer two different methods to verify the declared thermal capacity of your product:

Injector Orifice Cross-Section Method: theoretical calculation based on the burner injector diameter and gas pressure. Gas Meter Verification Method: measurement of actual consumption via the gas meter under site conditions.

This report scientifically establishes the maximum and minimum capacity values (kW/h) of the appliance.

4. Special Inspection Report

Developed for situations requiring more detailed technical analysis beyond the standard conformity report. Through this inspection, based on standards such as EN ISO 13577-2:

Advanced matters are assessed, including the suitability of the fuel pipeline and connection components, tightness tests (pressure drop, bubble test), automatic shut-off valves, valve proving and flame arresters, combustion air and fuel/air ratio control, premixed systems, oxygen use and multi-fuel systems, safety times and functional safety (SIL/PL levels).

5. Gas Train Inspection Report

This service is intended particularly for projects requiring the gas pipeline and installation to be inspected by an independent party. Our focus points:

Compliance of pipe material, welding quality and connection types (threaded, flanged, welded) with the standard. Checking of manual valves, filters and gas pressure regulators. Functionality of low and high gas pressure protection systems. Suitability of condensate discharge and purge points. Tightness testing of the entire gas train.

6. EN ISO 13577-2 Checklist (Industrial Furnaces and Firing Systems)

This internationally recognised standard for industrial furnaces and firing systems provides a comprehensive framework in terms of gas safety. Within the scope of our service:

Assessment uses a comprehensive checklist covering general safety objectives, including material selection, reliable ignition and fuel shut-off during faults; fuel-pipe design and materials, including galvanic corrosion, flexible hoses and tightness; safety devices such as automatic valves, valve proving, pressure protection and flame arresters; combustion-air and fuel/air-ratio control; requirements for oxygen or oxygen-enriched combustion air; liquid-fuel safety equipment; and regional requirements for markets such as the USA, Japan and Europe.
