FQC Standard adopts its policies in the areas of quality, environment, occupational health and safety, and ethical values as an integral part of sustainable corporate governance.

Our Quality Policy
As FQC STANDARD;
- to conduct our services in full compliance with national and international legislation and accreditation rules,
- to continuously improve and develop the competencies of our employees and our technical infrastructure in line with our services,
- to adopt, by taking the principles of impartiality, confidentiality, independence, accuracy and reliability as the basis in conformity assessment activities, a quality ethos worthy of being an example in the sector as a cornerstone of our corporate culture,
- to increase the diversity of our services by following sectoral developments in order to best meet our customers' expectations,
- we undertake to address on an ongoing basis the risks and improvement opportunities that may affect our ability to achieve our quality objectives.

Our Environmental Policy
Environmental sustainability is a core value at FQC Standard. We assess the environmental effects of our activities and plan preventive and corrective action to minimise them. We use natural resources efficiently and support recycling. All employees receive environmental-awareness training, and we participate in projects that raise awareness across society. We aim to set an example and leave a liveable environment for future generations.

Occupational Health and Safety
As FQC STANDARD, protecting the health and safety of our employees and of all our stakeholders affected by our activities is our indispensable principle. To this end;
- we undertake to identify occupational health and safety risks in advance through analysis, to take proactive measures against risks, and to make safe working conditions permanent through the use of safe equipment and appropriate work processes,
- to keep our employees' occupational health and safety awareness continuously high through periodic training and to take the necessary occupational health and safety measures,
- to regard the use of personal protective equipment and compliance with safety rules in our activities as an inseparable part of our conformity assessment processes.

Our Ethical Values
FQC STANDARD builds its activities on a management approach committed to business ethics principles:
- Independence and Impartiality: We carry out our conformity assessment activities free from any commercial, financial or political pressure, based solely on objective evidence. We analyse conflicts of interest and undertake that we shall not engage in any activity or relationship that could compromise our impartiality.
- Confidentiality: We protect, within the framework of our confidentiality principles and with a legal and moral responsibility, all technical data belonging to our customers that we obtain, trade secrets and information within the scope of intellectual property acquired in the course of conformity assessment activities.
- Transparency and Integrity: We conduct all our activities on the basis of the principles of integrity, fairness and transparency. In all the services we provide, we ensure the traceability of our processes and assume corporate responsibility, both technical and legal, for the decisions we give.
- Public Safety: In our capacity as a Notified Body, we are aware that our activities relate directly to public health, safety of life and environmental protection. We regard our conformity assessment activities as a social responsibility, and we place public safety above any commercial interest.
